Propellant recently joined the Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association.
That wasn’t a logo decision. It was a proximity decision.
We work with precision manufacturers every day. Companies that think in tolerances, not taglines. Shops where reputation is built on consistency, quality, and delivery, not clever marketing copy.
If we’re going to help manufacturers grow, we need to stay close to what’s actually happening in the industry. Not just what’s happening in marketing meetings.
The MPMA brings together leaders who are navigating workforce challenges, automation, supply chain pressure, certification requirements, capital investment, and long term strategy. Those conversations matter. They shape the environment our clients operate in.
By being embedded in that ecosystem, we bring sharper context and better strategy back to the manufacturers we serve. We’re not guessing at industry dynamics. We’re hearing them directly from the people living them.
Because knowing is half the battle. Yes, that’s a G.I. Joe quote. But it holds up.
