About the Founder
Propellant was founded by Matt Osterman, a filmmaker, writer, and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience helping companies grow through digital strategy and storytelling.
Matt has written, directed, and produced internationally distributed films, built and sold multiple businesses, and led marketing efforts for companies ranging from startups to established industrial manufacturers. He has lived on both sides of the creative and operational divide, which shapes how Propellant works today.
That background informs a simple philosophy. Good marketing is not about hype. It is about clarity, consistency, and earning trust over time.

Taylor Karasch
Taylor does a little bit of everything at Propellant, but most days you’ll find her building the strategies that help our clients have measurable wins.
Fun facts: Taylor has been to the bottom of the Grand Canyon twice, she’s been above the Arctic Circle and experienced five days of no sunrises, and she’s slalom water skiied since she was eight years old.
